Month: It is a mandatory field. This Field contains student’s 10th standard passing month.

Year: It is a mandatory field. This Field contains student’s 10th standard passing Year.

Board:  It is a mandatory field. This field contains list of board if student have GSEB board then no need to upload Migration Certificate and Equivalence. So that both field will disable and seat no field enable. If Board other then GSEB uploading Migration Certificate and Equivalence Certificate of size between 5KB and 100KB.

School Index: It is a mandatory field when student selected GSEB Board and there is also validation on index no should be between 50.001 and 79.999.

Result: It is a mandatory field. This field contains choose the result system and enter accordingly that.

Handicap Benefit: By default this field selected No. but it contains if student taking handicap benefit in this exam or not. 

Migration Certificate: If Board other then GSEB Please Upload Migration Certificate in jpg or jpeg format with size between 5KB and 100KB

Equivalence Certificate: If Board other then GSEB Please Upload Equivalence Certificate in jpg or jpeg format with size between 5KB and 100KB
