Student's General Information

The first section of the registration form contains Student General Information. By default, Regular would always be selected currently.

In that section also have list of Group In that different type of group list for ex. A,B,AB. So choose any one in that list.

Student photo: This contains student photo and allows only particular image format files (.jpeg,.jpg). size between 5KB and 20KB. Click on browse to select file to upload. Then click on upload button to upload it to the server. In case you want to change the file remove the existing and browse again.

Surname: This field contains student surname and allows only characters

Name: This field contains student name and allows only characters.

Father’s/Mother’s Name: This field contains student father’s/mother’s name and allows only characters.

Date of Birth: This field contains student date of birth and allows only dd/mm/yyyy format. Minimum age should be 12 and Maximum age should be 60.

Date of Joining: This field contains student date of birth and allows only dd/mm/yyyy format. It should be greater than DOB.

Medium: The list displays mediums of your school. Please choose any one for the current student.

GR No:: This field contains student GR number. Max length: 6.

Please select appropriate option as per the student for the following fields (Father's Profession, Father's Annual Income, School Joining Date, Caste, Gender, Domicile, Belongs to BPL, Minority Candidate,Child of Widow)

Please Enter Aadhar Card Number if available
