Physical Disability Information

The second section of the registration form contains Student disabled Information.

Is Disabled:  This field contains yes/no. Select yes if you want to enter further details.

Disability Type: This field contains disability type like visually impaired, Hearing impaired. Please select the appropriate.

Upload Certificate: This field contains certificate of disability and allows file size between 5KB and 200KB and allows only particular format files (.jpeg, .jpg). It is compulsory to upload in case of disabled is selected.

Disable Percentage: This field contains percentage of disability and percentage should be more than 40%.

It is necessary to click on ‘Confirm disability’ button to confirm these details before submitting the application. After that Disability Information will display in grid. And you can add only One disability having more than 40%.
